Earlier this year, I tried a Pistachio Latte at our local Yemeni coffeehouse and instantly fell in love. It was decadent and creamy, warm and nutty, and absolutely irresistible. Naturally, I wanted to recreate that same cozy magic at home. Something delicious, affordable, and easy to make with ingredients I could actually find.
My first attempt was a DIY pistachio milk, but it didn’t turn out quite as dreamy as I’d hoped. So, I went on a hunt for the best store-bought pistachio milks and creamers. Some were far too sweet, others tasted artificial, and a few came close but packed way too many calories.
Then I discovered Elmhurst Pistachio Milk – Barista Edition, and it completely changed the game. It’s plant-based, vegan, dairy-free, and non-GMO, with just the right amount of flavor. It steams beautifully, blends perfectly with coffee, and the best part — it’s not overly sweet. If you do prefer a touch more sweetness, their Pistachio Crème Oat Creamer is another great pick.
To really bring out that pistachio flavor, I pair it with this rich, nutty coffee blend (my current favorite — and totally worth a try). Together, they make the perfect cup — smooth, aromatic, and indulgent without being over the top. It’s the kind of coffee that makes you pause for a moment, close your eyes, and just savor the warmth in your hands.
Now, it’s become my little daily ritual — a slow, comforting start to the day or an afternoon treat when I need something cozy. The best part? You don’t need a fancy espresso machine or café prices to enjoy it. Just good-quality coffee, the right creamer, and a few minutes to yourself.
If pistachio is not your jam, try the Maple Flavor….yum!
2. Best Recent Purchase- Neck and Back Massager 💆🏻
This cordless neck and back massager has been an absolute game-changer for me. If you spend long hours at your computer or behind the wheel, you know how quickly shoulder, neck, and upper-back tension can build up and how miserable it feels when the soreness lingers and compounds day after day.
What I love about this massager is how effective it is for pain relief, especially for neck tension and stiffness. It delivers a deep, kneading massage with optional soothing heat that melts away tightness within minutes. It’s simple to use, lightweight, and surprisingly quiet — perfect for working, relaxing, or even watching TV.
The battery life is solid, charging quickly and lasting through multiple sessions. And the design is genius — shaped like a wearable wrap, similar to a small backpack but much more ergonomic. You simply loop your arms through the straps while keeping your hands free.
The control panel is conveniently placed, so you can adjust intensity, speed, and heat levels without removing your arms or breaking your flow. I especially appreciate how the strong pressure mimics a real deep-tissue massage, easing knots and improving circulation after long, sedentary hours.
It’s one of those small comforts that makes a huge difference — portable, effective, and easy to love. Whether you use this massager at your desk, on the couch, or after a long drive, this little powerhouse delivers instant relaxation and relief exactly where you need it.
3. Movie I enjoyed- THE ROSES🎬
Olivia Colman and Benedict Cumberbatch in the same film? That alone was enough reason for me to watch The Roses.
A British remake of the 1989 classic The War of the Roses is based on Warren Adler’s novel. This version adds a distinctly English flavor to the chaos. Colman and Cumberbatch are pitch-perfect as Ivy and Theo, a married couple whose love story spirals into a war zone. Their exchanges are razor-sharp, laced with that unmistakable British wit, equal parts sarcasm, venom, and heartbreak.
Ivy is a culinary powerhouse, building a thriving restaurant empire, while Theo, a gifted architect, sacrifices his career to raise their twin children. What begins as a partnership rooted in love and ambition slowly unravels into rivalry, resentment, and absurdly funny destruction.
The supporting cast adds just the right spark, balancing humor with heartbreak. The arguments between Ivy and Theo make you laugh one moment and tear up the next — a reminder that no matter who plays which role, power, pride, and pain in marriage feel the same. The film cleverly explores how love can twist into obsession, and how sometimes, we can’t control the madness — but we can choose how it ends.
Stylish, sharp, and satisfyingly dark, The Roses had me laughing until the bitter end and gasping when the screen faded to white. It’s a dark comedy done right: wickedly funny, emotionally charged, and hauntingly relatable.
I’ve been a huge fan of Mel Robbins for years, so when I heard about her latest book, I knew I had to get it. I first came across The Let Them Theory while listening to Mel talk about it on several podcasts, and after finally reading the book, I completely understood why it struck a chord with so many people.
The idea is beautifully simple: when people show you who they are or make choices that frustrate you — let them. Let them be late. Let them not call back. Let them talk behind your back. Let them go.
It’s not about giving up or being passive; it’s about releasing control and protecting your peace. The truth is, trying to manage or change others only drains your energy. What we can actually control is how we choose to respond.
Since learning about this mindset, I’ve found myself pausing before reacting, and honestly, it’s freeing. The moment you let them, you create space for calm, clarity, and self-respect.
A small shift in perspective, but such a powerful one. ✨
5. Game I got hooked on- CONNECTIONS!
First it was Wordle, and now it’s Connections!🎯
If you love daily puzzles, you’ll want to add this one to your morning routine. Connections is a daily game from The New York Times that challenges players to find common threads between words. The goal? Sort 16 words into four groups of four, each connected by a hidden theme, but be careful, you only get four mistakes before the game ends.
While Wordle tests your vocabulary, Connections flexes your pattern recognition and logic skills. Once you correctly identify a group, the category is revealed along with a color-coded difficulty level:
🟡 Yellow for the easiest
🟢 Green for moderate
🔵 Blue for challenging
🟣 Purple for the trickiest of all
Each day’s puzzle features one group from each level, so every game feels like a mini workout for your brain, which is quick, clever, and highly addictive!
