Mint Sauce (Podinay ki Chutney)

Mint or Pudina Chutney is a super refreshing and amazing for digestion. This cutney is soo versatile that it  can be perfectly paired with almost any dish. This specific recipe is a replica of the one which accompanies the street foods of Pakistan.

This recipe calls for an addition of cilantro or coriander which brightens the flavor. The lemons and chilli powder give it a kick while the mint cools it down.

  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend to a coarse paste.
  2. Add water to thin it out.
